Adam took me on a picnic breakfast. It was really romantic. We went to the park, and he actually cooked for me.

Wow, that does sound really romantic. Joe and I didn't get very much alone time until very late, after the party. But that time was nice, we sat in my hotel room opening presents and talking and ::he blushes at the memory:: well, yeah.

The day before though we went shopping and that was really fun. ::his blush deepens suddenly, remembering what they'd done in the dressing room::

[smirks a little at the sight of that blush, having a pretty good idea of what had gone on in the hotel room] Sounds like you had a great birthday.

[chuckles at the smirk, still blushing but fights off the embarrassment] I did, it was pretty awesome. Sounds like yours was pretty great too.

Yeah, I really enjoyed it. [grins]

What did Adam get you?

Um, he kinda misplaced the gifts.

Oh no! Sounds like a Joe thing to do. I'm sorry to hear that, does he know where they might be?

[chuckles and shakes his head] Not a clue. He's pretty scatterbrained.

[chuckles] I know how that is. I think that why Joe left my gift at the store and just took me there so that he couldn't misplace it.

That's actually pretty smart.

I'll let him know you think so. He'll appreciate the compliment. Plus he's laid up in bed because he hurt his ankle so he could use the positive thought.

That thing I said about him not being as clumsy anymore? I might've spoke too soon.

Oh no! What happened?

He strained the tendon in his ankle before the show jumping around and then because of his ankle he fell on stage pretty bad, got a huge nasty bruise on his butt from it. Poor guy.

Oh man, poor guy indeed. That's awful.

Yeah, he's beating himself up pretty bad over it. He was sort of driving me nuts though with his pouting, so I had to change that [blushes heavily]

[grins] Oh, yeah, Adam's got an epic pout too.

It's really unfair. I should be immune to it by now, 18 years should be enough to get immune to something like that.

I think it's one of those things that gets stronger every year.

The pout? That thing should not get any stronger, I already buckle everytime I see the damned thing.

Any luck at finding your hiding place?

Not yet. But I think I might be able to get a good deal on my cousin's bloodhound to help . . .
