I'm considering it.

[And that's why she is considering it. She dresses up every day of the week...but on Halloween she can dress up as something different!]

[Bruce doesn't see the appeal. Probably because he has trouble keeping normal clothes on when he transforms.]

I suppose you've got Halloween parties lined up already? [If she's that into dressing up, he assumes.]

Not yet. Still waiting for a few things to pan out. If someone else doesn't throw one, I might. If I do, you should come. If you want, that is.

I...maybe. [Yeah, Bruce and crowds of people? He tended to avoid them. Though...if he had a good disguise? That could be a promising situation.]

The more that we talk about it, the more I want to do it. I haven't had a party in like...ever.

[He threads his fingers together somewhat nervously, the only sign that he's giving away that the idea of a party makes him nervous.]

Sounds...great. [less than enthused] Superhero party. I'm sure nothing could go wrong with that. [slight sarcasm leaking into his tone]

I can't tell if you're considering coming, or just giving me a warning.

[Oh, plenty can go wrong. That's part of the thrill. Maybe.]

[He drops his head with a chuckle.]

Oh, y'know...I like to think ahead. Be prepared for anything and everything.

I'm not exactly a costume person. [As evidenced by Hulk's lack of costume, no doubt.]

The benefit of having a superhero party is that no matter what happens you have backup to fix it immediately.

[She gives him a smile.]

I won't be offended if you don't want to come. But I would be happy to have you there. You could just put a sheet over your head and be a ghost.

[Hah, a ghost. Not a bad idea.]

Or could just be the other guy, come as a party crasher.

Thank goodness. Going to a party where everyone was dressed as the Other Guy...that would be weird.

Possible. But there are so many other costumes out there.
