I'm just still trying to wrap my head around everything with the training whilst it still feels like it's firmly stuck in the clouds. I don't want to get distracted. I don't have enough gratitude or thanks for the chances you have given me. Just when I thought I was fated to serving lattes in the Lima Bean forever.

There's nothing wrong with a head stuck in the clouds. It's sometimes where the best ideas come from. You have nothing to be worried about, Kurt. Your heart and your head are very much in the right place. So, what about you? Do you have a special someone in your life who might make you spill your coffee with texts?

I keep waiting to wake up from the dream and be back in Lima with nowhere to go. My luck hasn't had the best track record. Oh, yes... but he understands I'm busy when I'm at work. We talk a lot on Skype. But yes, I do. His name his Blaine and I just love him to bits. He's the reason I'm here. I wouldn't have come if it wasn't for him.

That will wear off soon enough. You will come back to reality with a thump. That's not necessarily a bad thing, though. He's not in New York with you? He must be very proud of you.

That's what makes me a little nervous, but I'm ready to take any bull by the horns. It's always been my style. No, no, he's still in Lima. He's got a year of high school left, so we have to try and own this long distance thing. It's just not an easy juggle sometimes. I think we've got what it takes, though. He's super supportive.
