*The pop startles her a little bit.* Now why would you want to go and do a thing like that?

You could be staring at telephones with wires hanging out of your ears like everyone else I've seen.

You know, those telephones with the TV screen in them and the, uh, ibods. Ibuds? People put them in their ears? *Dammit. She'd only heard most of these terms in passing. She'd never even successfully used one.*

*iPhone! That was the word written on the back with a picture of a half eaten apple. Though judging by the look on his face, he already thought she was nuts.*

Right. Sorry. I'm Linda. You?

((ooc: Is Brave New Worlds a verse?))

You could say that. *She replies as she moves a little further into the room, touching things as she goes.*

Show me another trick?

((OOC: Ahh gotcha. So Linda can read auras. Is it cool if she reads Sylar's?))

She watched the anger and danger surrounding him intensify. That danger was what originally drew her in but she knew better than to push too much. That was a good way to get burned. Or in this case, electricuted. So she stopped moving, stopped touching things, and flashed him an apologetic look.

I don't think you're a freak. I think it's amazing what you can do. Really something special.
