Where's what?

*Still frantically looking under cushions and the couch.*

My journal. It's where I write all of my songs.

Where'd you have it last?

[starts looking around as well, moving things to try and find the journal]

What color is it?

In here I think.

*Okay she's starting to panic now.*

Uh its a yellowish sort of color and its about A5 size roughly

*Mutters* Where can it be.

[gets onto his knees and checks under the couch, feeling around before his fingers touch something. He pulls it out and it's a thin, yellow notebook with 'Mitchie's Songs' written across the front::

Oh my god!

*Squeal*

Thank you so much!

*She's giving him a huge hug*

[laughs and returns the hug, patting her on the back]

You're welcome. I know how it feels to lose a songbook. It's awful

This is the first time its ever gone missing.

*She takes a deep breath.*

I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't in here.

Really? I've misplaced mine a couple of times. Usually it's in my bag with me but sometimes an idea hits me and I can't afford to stop and remember to put it back and then misplace it and it's just a mess.

We would've retraced your steps and found it eventually [gives her a reassuring smile]

I've usually got it in my hands at most times so I don't really have to put it back in a bag.

*She smiled*

Yeah that's true. I can't thank you enough though.

With all the traveling around, I'm surprised you don't lose it more. I couldn't keep mine in my hands without fearing dropping or easily misplacing it then.

Oh, you're welcome [smiles warmly] Anything for a friend

Its sometimes easier to have it in you hands or a side bag.

*She shrugs, giving him a smile*

Oh I carry mine in my satchel and I always have that bag with me [he chuckles]

Well that works out well then.

*Smiles.*
