One English Mastiff, probably almost Quint's height and certainly more than twice his weight, and a pair of Harlequin Great Danes, pulling ahead of a pack of much smaller dogs, and the not insignificantly-sized Midge, rush up to Quint and proceed to snuffle him all over with wet noises and ample slobber.
