That's me, Torchwood. Dr. Owen Harper. [ So this is Jack's Doctor, the one who was to fix whatever is wrong with Jack. Owen tilts his head to the side, as if he's expecting to see someone far more impressive. ]

I'm Jack's doctor who not only patches up the rest when they get shot, but I get to do most of the dirty work.
