I didn't have much free time, either, but I quit my job and suddenly I have too much of it.

Memories, mostly. Things that can't be changed.

My sympathies then, miss. To both the excess of time and memories that refuse to be ignored.

Which isn't to say I'm very good at it, but it can be very soothing.

That's one of the nice things about painting; you only have to be good at it if you want to make a living doing it.

I never was into that whole art thing, but my friend Peyton did that stuff all the time. She got out all of her feelings and stuff, and it seemed to be good for her.
