Not really. I have met my share of the Doctor. Never of Rose. She only lays dormant inside me and has since the incident on the game station.

Oh you know him or rather you will know him, if things change. The Doctor knows him quite well though not the Doctor that's with you now of course. It's his tenth regeneration only half human.
