Because women are naturally more communicative than men. We have to talk. About everything. Guys don't. You barely talk to each other about stuff that isn't football or cars or whatever. You're not, as a general rule, open with your feelings.

That same sexist double standard that's always causing trouble, I suppose. Women are more emotional, ergo they require an outlet like complaining to cope. Men are stoic, silent, monoliths of strength and testosterone and have no need to speak of feelings, troubles, or other such nonsense.
