I'm just drawing plans at the moment. This test involves some pretty large blades. *shows him the drawing*

*scoots in close looking at the plans*

They're supposed to be coming from the walls, here *indicates with his pencil* and here. What do you think - not too high?

Not too high. *nods*

The test subject - if he does nothing - will be cut to pieces by the blades. To stop them moving in, he will have to press on this heated iron bar here *indicates with the pencil again* and burn his hands. It's his light fingers that have led him to this. He's a habitual thief and mugger who preys on elderly people, you see.

How are you going to heat the bar?

There'll be two small machines, on each side, generating heat... the problem I'm having right now is how to conceal the devices so the subject won't notice and disable them. I'm hoping the blades will be fast enough to capture his attention completely, but it's best to be cautious in setting up the game.

Maybe set it back some in a metal box so the heat sources are concealed.
