What's your definition of a hero?

An average person who does the right thing because it's the right thing to do, not because of the glory or the fame. It's not about costumes and battles but about knowing at the end of the day that you've made the world a better place by your actions.

Sadly too many of them just seem to be in it to make the front page of the local paper.

Idolizing them. It only encourages them to take more chances and risk more people.

Now that is a loaded question.

Because most people will say that a hero is someone who'll save other people or do things nobody else can't or all of that other...stuff...someone who does everything for good. But then they'll completely turn a blind eye to the people with the powers who are really, personality-wise, just really in it for themselves. A hero in power but not in person. That kind of thing. It's kinda like a double standard. Like, oh, hi, you can have the personality of a cardboard box from hell, but as long as you have big muscles and pretend you're an okay guy, we don't mind you at all!

Yeah. Yeah, exactly. Someone who steals sorta not really at all yet girlfriends just because he can does not constitute a hero. Someone who takes down someone who knows exactly what they're doing just so he can smile for the camera does not a hero make!

I think a hero is someone who sacrifices themselves to do what is right. They don't care what happens to them as long as the people they love have a better life.

My dad is such a hero.

It's all about sacrifice. If you're not willing to give up everything for what's right, then you're no hero.

A villain that everythings gone right for.
