They tore it down. It's Delta City now.

They're always tearing down my places. No biggie.

They said it would be the end of crime. The end of poverty.

And yet, I manage to find work.

See they get rid of the people and not the city.

As long as there are people, there'll always be crime.

Crime has gotten...high tech.

Thugs with machine guns aren't very common ~~any more~~.

Yes, rules are made for those who have an insatiable need to be led. They are fine and necessary for most of the population. Some of us however... have a need to operate outside of them. And the braver ones feel free to do so.

A need is an understatement. There are some who just plain can't operate within rules or they lose their sparkle. I like to call them boundary challenged - but in a good way.

That's a frighteningly accurate term. I will have to remember that.
