ooc: The only reason those posts were made in the first place was because people were not allowed to post in that thread. The replies were frozen, which I think is quite childish actually. Last night the 'other side' were ganged up on because I woke up to it. I'm not bothered either way but looking at it, it seems mistakes were made on both sides and people should probably just calm down and look at it rationally or just let it go. And yes, people ARE allowed to their opinions and they're just as valid but the 'other side' were made to feel just as unwelcome because of their own opinions.

((There comes a point where you have to realize that the muses are controversial. People are GOING TO DISAGREE. I personally can't read anything with Edward or Echo because I find serial-killers quite disturbing. But if Edward or Echo ever spoke to Finch? Finch would sure as hell be trying (ICly) to make them feel unwelcome; like chastised children. The concept of a "minor" and an older man who is/was a figure of authority is CONTROVERSIAL. Therefore you can't be surprised when people rear back and disagree. I felt that all of it was IC. Law enforcement from other countries said "...I think that's illegal" and quoted laws from their canon. I respect YOUR canon. But it isn't so easy to just handwave and say "It's another culture". Yes, it's another culture, but the muses who have a different culture have morals against it.

The subject is controversial, and I thought it was handled brilliantly. The mun explained WHY she was freezing replies, thinking she and the others were done discussing. Harleymun just said that they were done. Why can't that be accepted? Why do the associated muses of your fandom each feel they need to post about how stupid and ignorant Weiss is? One would have covered it. That was just harassment.))

ooc: Yeah, I know they are. I know this. Henry's 6ws wasn't in regards to how stupid she was, it was in regards to how Wiess said that he 'abused and broke' Dawna which is what he took offense with, and how 'minors' could not seduce older men. For Henry this was true, because he was a virgin going into it with Dawna and she DID seduce him and he posted so in that thread in reply after he'd written the 6ws. It was a spur of the moment, anger thing for him.

Anyway, I'm letting it go, I understand why people are angry, I understand why people are saying the things they are but I've said my peace now.

OOC: Ahem...She wasn't referring to the incident last night/early this morning, she and I were both serious when she said she was done with defending herself.
