Just an extension of my gun?

I don't feel like much else.

*laughs as she realizes they don't even know each other's names* Alexis Meade...soon to be Malfoy. And you?

Alex Murphy. But most just call me Murphy.

Alex? Really? *smiles* I used to be an Alex.

*arches brow* Murphy?

Well. I guess we all go through changes.

I never felt like a man when I was Alex, so, after my father informed me he'd rather see me dead than see me as a woman, I faked my death and switched genders.

*bites lip* How? I mean...you're part robot?

Is it the job or the machinery that makes you feel that way?

It's both.

The machinery changes what my job is.

I have a lot of moments where my job makes me feel like an extension of my sword, but the other part ... I can't really relate to. Obviously.

My life is always reminder of what I am.

I have felt that way before though. Life being a constant reminder of what I am. What do you feel like you are?

Sometimes I think I am Alex Murphy.

And sometimes I am painfully reminded that I am not.

It's very tough I imagine. Do you always feel like your trapped in a body that isn't your own or have you grown accustomed to the new parts?

The body...is foreign. Sometimes it is right, and sometimes it isn't right at all.

I see. How did it happen? Was it ... the shoot out you lost?

I know someone who was brought back from death, but their was a terrible cost involved. Do you ever wish you hadn't survived?
