Generally, you can't usually hold someone "back" who's not cooperating to some point, I've found...

While that makes perfect sense, I still feel as though I've hampered any chance at some greater accomplishment they might've had.

Might've beens are either the best or the most useless sort of questions...
Do they feel that way?

I'm not exactly sure how they feel about it. I'm almost afraid to ask.

If this is someone who still cares about you? I suggest you tell them.
Or ask them, rather.

More like 'someones' and yes I know they still care which is why I don't ask them. I can't let them regret more than they already do.

So instead you won't say anything 'til whatever's chewing on you, gets out anyway. *facepalms* ...Sorry. I have a habit of doing that myself; I shouldn't talk.

Oh yeah, its like SUPER important! Everybody say's he's not very good but I think he's the best in the WHOLE world, and everyone says thats all that matters!

I played outside for a little bit, with a boy named Ryan, but then I had to go inside cause it got dark, its STILL snowing though I didn't think the skies had this much snow IN them! I'm sorry you can't get your things done, but you could always play inside you know.

You're right about that. If you think he's the greatest in the world, then by gosh he must be.

I hope you were bundled up, young lady. It sure was a cold one out there--still is! The skies can hold a lot more than you think though. Hah hah.

And while playing inside does sound like a lot of fun, I think I'll stick to my chores and save the playing all for you.

He is, he can find anything anywhere EVER! Plus he's really silly and always makes me laugh, but my Pa is really good too. I love them both!

I am I've got my favorite blankie and everything. But you gotta keep warm too cause you gotta feed all the animals, are they warm too? And don't worry I can play enough for BOTH of us! *giggles*
