Either way; it is a funny sign.

I thought it was funny.

It could be taken so many ways. Meanwhile I take it to a bad place in my head.

I need to maybe not hang out with my brother and his friends so much. Its their fault.

The person who made the sign either isn't very skilled in English--or has a wicked sense of humor.

I wanna aim for the first one. Its more fun that way.
