Rookie cop. Which means I get all the jobs nobody else wants.

...hooboy. So, you're dealing with "medical intern" levels of stress as well as the stress inherent in a cop's job period. That sucks! It must leave you feeling...kinda like you have nowhere and no time to relax.

When I get really blocked, I'll actually rent a hotel room somewhere for a night. Or get a couple hours in a hot tub at one of the local spas. Helps me think.

My Dad's a vitamin geek. Always pushing Bs on people when they talk about stress. But they just make me sleepy.

I'm sorry. I just...I think roomate negotiations have changed a bit since I last tried it.

Well, some stuff works well, some doesn't. Working out a lot helps my energy levels, and helps me work off frustration.

Yeah, I tried to take up kickboxing...didn't work so well...

Well, not my place to judge, but...sometimes if you need twenty-four to yourself, you need it.

Kickboxing might not be right for you. Ever thought about straight up boxing? Like pounding the crap out of a heavy bag.
