It's a wonderful feeling.

It's...really not doing my crime fighting career any favors.

Just...it's like, sometimes, when I'm fighting and he gets too close or too far my reactions slow. Like everything is delayed half a second.

And sometimes I don't have half a second.

Love does strange things to us all?

I don't know. He's worth it. It's just...he's incredible and the world makes perfect sense and no sense at all when he's around.

It'll be a year in May.

Oh, very good. I mean, most teenage relationships last, what? A week or two? A couple of months?

It's been some time, but yes, as I recall. Your average teenager has very little...staying power.

Neither of us are average. And I don't kid myself, I'm pretty sure it's because I'm not average he sticks around.

He makes it sound sweeter, though.

When you're at that age it's difficult to know...but I shouldn't speak for him.

I'm a teenager. I'm not really counting on either of us to have the same priorities and goals. We're not finished growing yet. So I'm not holding my breath for much.

Especially when every other girl wants her turn at him.

I lov - need him, but I don't need him that much. If he wanted something different I wouldn't hold it against him.

That being said, he better have the decency to tell me beforehand like a gentleman.
