Chicago is... a big city like New York and they're similar in a lot of ways but Chicago is a boom town. It came out of swap in the middle of no where and is very proud of it's rise to fame and power.

Better is in the eye of the beholder, wouldn't you say? Chicago's about half as big and one quarter as diverse. That's great for some, but... still. No place like New York City, no matter what place you like better.

Locals always defend their city. It's just part of being a local, but just because Chicago's smaller, doesn't mean it's less than.
