Well, a pimps is the guy on the street who farms out hookers -- the one with the big coat, gold chains, and, uh, often pimp canes, and he "protects" them and rents them out, kinda, and keeps a big cut of their money.

So to explain pimps you need to explain hookers.

And to explain hookers, you might need to explain sex.
