Not really. When I was at university, I used to make articulated animal skeletons for squeamish and/or lazy biology students. They would just supply the dead animal and I would do the project for them. It was decent money.

I'm not sure that enjoyable is the word to use but working with old corpses and cleaning them by hand isn't stressful like other aspects to working with them.
