I don't know. Either my metabolism spiked or I'm not taking in enough energy because I haven't made any dietary changes except that. I haven't lost a lot of weight but I was actually going to gain a few pounds for my dress, not lose a few.
I prefer to think of it as "snuggling". And yes, it sound way better than...however you build muscle mass. I'm assuming some sort of lifting is involved.
You're going to be with me for these camp outs infront of the TV? See, that changes everything. Resistance training builds muscle mass. So, yeah, weight lifting.
