Of course. Or brains have changed, and our emotions have evolved, but deep down we are still drive by basic needs and drives that we were millions of years ago.

That's true. People are still trying to one up each other, killing whomever gets in their way. *shakes head* Maybe we'll get past it someday, but I'm not holding my breath.

I like to think we're a little better than animals, even if we have some animal tendencies. Animals, after all, have no soul.

*Shrugs.* Some humans act as though they have no soul. Animals love, they hate, they care for their young and their elderly. Some humans don't even do those things.

Do our actions change truth? Some people act as if God doesn't exist, Mac, but that doesn't make it so. Some people act as if there is no gravity, but gravity still exists. People's actions don't change what is true. It's been proven that men have souls. There is something that leaves a body when it dies. Something that has physical weight, but is gone when that person dies. No matter what you call it, there is a soul in every human being.
