I had dinner with my Da, aunt and a friend. It was nice.

Nice because of anything to do with the naff holiday, or just because it was a fun dinner?

Well, it was because I'd asked the friend to be my valentine. It's just silly fun. Candy hearts and horror movies were involved. And cake.

A friend friend or a wish they were something more friend? I have to say I approve of the horror movies - I might consider the holiday if horror movies were involved.

It's maybe a bit of both? She's pretty.

Friends make good something-others. Sometimes. I think it'd be hell if it went bad, though.

Someone else told me that too and now I don't know if I should want something more because it would suck if she wasn't my friend any more.

To make those of us without a significant other feel a little sorry about ourselves. :\

i try hard to ignore the existence of the colour. And the holiday.

Good luck with that. At least it's over and the candy's on sale.

It's been years since I've been on earth for the 14th of Feb. I'd almost forgotten the holiday existed until we arrived in London and saw the paper hearts everywhere.

Skinny one'd be right up there with you. But yours, yeah. I'd pay to see that.
