It is a swing for my children.

Two boys with a third child later this year.

Oh! That must be splendid. How old are they?

Eight and Six. They are the most wonderful boys.

That must be delightful. *smiles* I can't wait to have children of my own.

Will you soon? It is a great thing.

*she giggles* I'm only sixteen. Mayyyybe not too long from now.

What grade are you? Do you like it?

I am a junior. I do like it, yes. It's a bit overwhelming at times, though.

Those are lucky boys you've got Addie. I would've loved one of those things as a kid. Had to settle for going to the park, where there was always a line. *mumbles inchoherent, to himself, mostly* Sam

*startled that she heard* Oh.. umm... a long time ago, before I moved, before I tended to forget to do things like eat, I was married. We were going to have a little girl. I was just lost in thought. Pondering things that can never be.

I am sad to hear that. Was it long ago?

It feels like another lifetime ago yet still so fresh that when I smell daffodils in the springtime my heart aches from the pain. Things have been better as of late, thankfully.

I will never send those flowers to you, but I am glad things have been better.
