YOU'RE the annoying one! *He grunted at the elbow, forced back and managing to block the punch to his chin. He lifted his leg to kick at Yuki's chest.*
Augh! *He had to turn his body with that, because a broken ankle didn't sound fun at all. But he was also trapped, so Kyo bent his knee and pushed himself forward, closer to Yuki to punch at his face again*
*ducks another time, releases his foot because, no, broken ankles aren't fun, and he wouldn't mind giving the damn cat one, but he doesn't want to have to hear the whining later. He knocks Kyo's arm out of the way and kicks hard towards his chin*
*There would be so much whining yelling later. And Kyo had just gotten his foot back on the ground when there was a foot on his jaw. Kyo saw stars for a moment, stumbling backward. But his shook his head and rubbed his jaw, glaring. And because he doesn't know when to say when, he launched himself at Yuki again, fists raised.*
*Yuki even let himself take a couple hits, he didn't know why, just met Kyo punch for punch. Fist into his arm, knee hard up into his arm, before he shoved Kyo backwards to knock him off-kilter, maybe more to give himself a second to think and breathe before he leapt after him again.*
*Kyo was panting already, sore but exhilarated. He hated Yuki (sometimes), he hated a lot of things, but he loved fighting. Loved it. He just...really hated losing, too.* Stupid rat, *he snarled before darting forward with a feinted punch as he tried to sweep Yuki's legs from under him.*
*Losing wasn't hard, with Yuki. This, the fighting, just came so easily too him. Closest he got to no abandon, really, as he jumped Kyo's leg and punched hard for the side of his head.* Idiot, idiot cat. *Definitely a little winded himself, when he went in for another hit.*
*His vision swam for a moment, but Kyo blocked, turning his arm shove his elbow into Yuki's chest, turning to throw his fist at the rat's nose.* Not stupid you ass!
*Yuki actually caught the elbow, and buckled over a little, missed the punch and grabbed Kyo's arm to try to slam him to the ground* That's why I said 'idiot'.
*Unbalanced and going down, Kyo was determined to at least bring Yuki with him. Grabbing the front of the other boy's shirt, he dragged him forward, punching at the side of his knee.* Same thing!
*And he does, go down. Hard. Next to Kyo and promptly punching him in the arm as he sits up.* They're entirely different words. Look in a damn dictionary.
That's such a stupid saying! *No more carefully honed forms and stances, Kyo was ready to brawl. So at the sting of that elbow, he dove forward, grabbing Yuki by the collar and shoving his back, straddling his stomach with a raised fist.*
Ow! *smacks at his shoulder, digging nails into his shirt and hanging on just as tight* You're so crass. And it's not a stupid saying it's--*punches at his shoulder, because he's a little helpless, short of getting his breath back and flipping Kyo right back*--perfect for you.
It is not! Take it back! *And he blushed almost automatically at the childishness of that, punching at Yuki's arm when he was hit. Stupid rat, stupid infuriating rat!*
*When they're resorting to this kind of fighting, childishness isn't exactly out of the question.* No. So there. *What? Childish? Who's being childish?* Now get off me.
