He seemed to leap into the air, zooming upwards like a bullet until he was out of sight. But he was not gone for long, as a black dot above grew and eventually was recognizable as the shape of an airplane coming straight down.

I was in a small cage that gave me no room to move and I developed atrophy. My wings became infected and the others that were taking care of me cut them off in order to save my life. Once my wings were gone, I was cast aside.. Now I am worthless and useless.

Because someone did that to you it doesn't make you useless. I don't have wings.

I will never be accepted among my kind again and I am unable to worship my beloved Goddess.. Your words remind me of those I once traveled with.
