Some kids are ready to see that stuff earlier than others. Got to look at everything. Say a kid was in a car accident, might not be a good idea show them a movie that's got a lot of accidents in it. Might scare them. Same kid might not flinch at a gunshot.
Well, let me tell you something. If those movies are good, they'll still be good when you're older. Maybe even better because you'll understand them better.
Depends on the kid, and why the movie is rated R I guess. Me? I aint got a problem with it, if it's rated for sexual content, but I aint so keen on kids seein movies that are rated R because of violence. But I aint got kids, so maybe I dunno what I'm talkin about.
