I really hate that missing hour.

It is still there, no matter what the clocks say.

I know. I just feel like I've been running late all day.

Why do they do that?

It's daylight savings time. People set their clocks ahead an hour so it doesn't get dark so early. At least, that's the theory.

...I think that has to be one of the most bizarre ideas I've heard about here.

Yeah, I think it has something to do with saving energy or something. The longer it stays light out, the less reason there is to turn on lamps. *shrugs*

And changing the time helps?

I guess so. Never really got the point of it.
