Exactly. It's illogical. Self defense or defense of others is one thing but otherwise there is no excuse. Killing someone isn't revenge it's.... just more blood.
Well said, Dr. Solomon. However, killing the killer won't bring back those he's killed. It won't bring justice just more death. And if you kill a killer, you're a killer too! No better than he is.
Someone has to be the one to make themselves a murder to protect the people that would be killed. It takes a lot to look at someone and take a life when you're doing it because you value life.
So...someone who ended the life of a multi-murderer...a multi-murderer who would have continued to murder thousands, perhaps millions, of people...you would call him a murderer?
You have the right not to agree, Bee. There are situations where there is no other choice, I am sure. Defense of others, self-defense, like you said, cops and soldiers. I'm speaking here about revenge and about attempting to find justice this way.
...No, not particularly. Some of the time, sure. It makes you a killer, definitely, but there's a different intent, most of the time, between doing away with a murderer and actual murder.
There are some who death is the only way to stop them. My kind break the rules it's an instant death sentence, though they send Wolves and cats to detention centers, where they're lucky if they are ever released. All for the sake of protecting humans.
Witches... it's a case by case thing, if you kill with magic you're killed, they don't trust you not to do it again.

Self defense or defense of others or of those who cannot defend themselves is something different. It's killing but not murder I'd say.

That's justice.

Murder is the unlawful killing of someone, usually with premeditated malice, rarely for any sane reason. Murder is brutal.
Killing a murderer? Is justice.
