I'm not that bad. Bloody hell. Had a 'dry' spell for about 3 years, met a charming guy who ended up being a complete lying bastard and now I'm back to...the that dry period.
See, I'm one of those 'lucky' people who everone thinks is wonderful, pretty, smart and funny, and people love spending time with me. But those people always want to stay just friends. Kinda get's you down after a while, makes you think you're not as great as they seem to tell you you are.
I need to know the person first, I need to know that...I have this condition and it's made me very iffy about letting anyone see me naked without knowing they wont freak out or be scared to touch me.
Psoriasis. I've had it since I was twelve and I know how people can react to it, the things they can say that hurt without them even realise they've hurt you.
Plaque psoriasis, some Flexural psoriasis, and I'm starting to get it in my nails.
Treatments, I've had so many over the years, at the moment I'm on a steriod based one that helps but I can't use it all of the time of obvious reasons, and I can't use that one on my scalp.
I've had all kinds of products. Tar based, stuff that stains your skin, scalp lotions that burn like hell when you put them on.
At the moment I'm using the ointments from my doctor when I can, being when they are I can't use them too often and I can only use them on the scales and not the inflamed part that's left behind, and I'm taking herbal tablets too.
Red clover, aloe vera, evening primrose and omega fish oils, which you've just reminded me I need to take today. I'm sure if you shook me I'd rattle!
Everyone's on a diet. I meant it as in "the food you eat". Being on a diet and "your diet" are different to me. So at thirty you just have to check that you're eating healthier than you were at fifteen, ya know? Just watching what you eat, not so much for weight but for heart and mind.

Can I ask what type? Have you not responded to treatments?

It's that age where you're not young, but you're not old. People take you seriously, but you can still have fun.

I've never been in a diet and don't think I ever will. Thankfully.

Apart from my breasts...love my breasts.
Anyway....My folks taught me to be healthy and I am.
