Very true.

I am most certainly going to get him a sword eventually. I just cannot decide whether to do it for his seventeenth birthday or for when he is made a knight in his father's court.

I just worry.. Once he's a knight, he can have a sword on him at all times, and I do worry about anything that I give him that he can't keep an eye on all the time being taken from him..

Oh well. I have until February to decide.

Maybe a dagger this year as well as a puppy.. and a sword when he is actually a knight.
