I read the stories of Psyche and it said she was made a Godess from drinking ambrosia.

Well yes, she was revered as a Goddess before she was made one.

I could offer you immortality but I can't decree you a Goddess, that is something decided by my father.

And for him to do that I would have to prove myself.

What would happen to me if I became immortal?

Well I'd give you eternal youth as well or you'd just waste away till you were nothing but a voice.

You'd stay as young as you are right now. Forever.

So I would be the same just young and unable to die? I wouldn't have gifts as such?

Well, you would have whatever you have now.

Isn't the gift of eternity good enough?

I just didn't know if there would be any surprises.

There will be no real change or effect. You will feel a little strange for awhile but that's it. You'll notice though when you aren't aging.

You'll still have whatever powers you had and you'll still be able to do all the same things but now....you are immortal.

*nods slowly, lowering the cup and licking her lips*
