My mother is trying to murder the man I'm engaged to. Oh, yes, and she's convinced our family is cursed. And the headmistress of the school I work at wants to fire me because the primary patron of the place is threatening to withdraw funding if I'm there.

I don't understand burdening yourself with another's problems to alleviate boredom but, I'm currently waging a war against the nazis as they try and amass a vampire army with which to overtake first my land of Britain and then the world.
