*watches her silently, though not quite as coldly as a few days ago it seemed*

*and she watches him in turn, intently, just as gentle but more knowing almost*

*She smiles then. She feels special when he uses her name*

*Looks all around before very silently moving closer to her, peering right down at her*

*when he steps closer, she follows suit, taking several steps nearer and moving her head up to watch him, hand slipping to caress his cheek*

He doesn't reply, though his right hand raises, slipping over the hand that had made its home on his cheek*

*she's pleased with the contact and beneath his hand, her own lightly brushes its fingers across his skin, eyes hooding a bit as she leans in to him*

*his head cants a bit to one side and it shifts down ever so slowly, cheek soon resting right on the top of her head*

*her breath catches at the closeness and her eyes close. Slowly she reaches with her free hand and arm to hold him some, loosely but fondly, assuring him that she wants him near*

What happened? *smiles*

...It's hard to give it words. I would say that life began again, but I was not so hopeless to think it had stopped.
