As long as there is anger and hate and negative emotion in the human heart, there will be a Netherworld, and I fear that so long as there is a Netherworld.. there will be danger to this world.

It is.. another world. There is a gateway between this world and it. There, spirits rule, and there is its own hierarchy. It is not inherently evil, though it is fed by all the negative emotions of the human world..
