I know, right? Like, my customer service job is horrendous, and I still would rather do that than airline CS. At least I don't have to have crowds of angry people yelling in my face.

Yeah, when I was sitting at O'Hare for 5 hours because of that computer glitch...they were having a hell of a time calming people down.
