I really want you to leave my friend alone, but that won't happen. I'd prefer not to have to use my power, it won't be fun for either of us, but keeping him safe is my first priority.

He'll have another chance to prove it when he gets out of prison for this time, when he didn't realize he has a chance, but I gave him plenty of chances to turn himself in. It didn't have to come to this, he forced my hand.

He made the choice for how this had to go.
