Oh good. I'm glad. *smiles back* Oh, fathers in law... I'm so glad I don't have to worry about that anymore. My ex-husband's step-father was a joy, but father in laws in general are horrifying.

My husbands now... well, they don't have either parent.

I'm sure they aren't all a horror, actually I'm quite fond of my wife's uncle but her father angers me too much.

*nods* Evan, my wife's uncle, is certianly a very strong man. I respect him very much. *bits his lips so not to chuckle* That's a long explanation... basically his mind is ultra ultra ultra conservative especially by standards in our world. I'm a wizard, you see. A half blood wizard, meaning my father was a wizard but my mother either wasn't or was not a full blood wizard. My father in law believes pure blood status among other things makes a person superior. His wife is also quite ynhappy and instead of loving her enough to notice he pretends nothing is wrong.

He's terribly selfish and ignorant and it hurts those around him. It makes me so angry.

I can imagine it would. Hell, it makes ME angry and I'm not even a part of the situation! If you ever need tea with a shot of whiskey to calm yourself, I'd be more than willing to share. Well, when I'm not in a delicate condition. *gestures at her stomach*

Oh! She mentioned me to you? Wow. Well it's a pleasure to meet you. I hear your husband is a muggle doctor? My wife and I way be asking his advice soon. *grins* Gemma is a really great girl. I'm very fond of her. We have plans to explore London together!

*nods* I am. I'm too old for it, but I am expecting. It was a surprise. *grins* You remind me of Henry, my husband. He gets that look on his face when he thinks about me. *winks*

*nods* She did. *grins* It's a pleasure to meet you too, Adam. Yes, Henry is a General Practitioner. I'm sure he'd be more than willing to answer any questions you have or help out however you need. *smiles* She's amazing. Honestly, I'm glad I'm finally getting a chance to really know her. She grew up with her father and step-mum. Oh, I'm glad you'll be taking her around.

*smiles* Congratulations! When are you due? I'm so excited to be a father and to see my Emma as a mother. Emma's nearly 5 months and I'm already in love with the baby. I think she finds it annoying that I converse with her torso so much! *grins and blushes* Henry sounds like a great man, I can't wait to meet him.

I do appreciate that. We want to have an ultrasound picture taken... I think that's what Gemma told us it was called. Muggles have some wonderful inventions!

I hope you don't think it's weird that she has befriended a guy in his 30s. I'm very excited to show her my favorite parts of town.
