I'm sure Magneto could take him. He controls metal, any metal. Jean could take him, telekinesis and she can read minds. Peter could take him, if we could convince him, he can cover his entire body in metal, plus he's huge. I almost wish I could talk to Bobby, but he'd be hard to convince, and we're not on so great terms anyways.
And then there's the rest of the Brotherhood too.
Ford's demented if he thinks this is protecting you.
You could have backed down. *things start to rattle harder all around her* You could have done as you promised me but no, you have to join with everyone else.
Well, from you obviously. You can be taught a lot of things, Jamie, but there are some things you either have or you don't.
Grins.
Good, it'd certainly make me feel better.
Now, insofar as controlling it goes, don't worry. Eyes bleed into a fierce auburn-gold, and the aforementioned road sign settles back onto the ground. That'll come with time.

I imagine not. I hope not.
Really don't like turncoats.

He just doesn't get it, sugar. He's still too innocent to understand that the law's not always right, is my opinion.
You're going to wreck the decor if you don't take a couple deep breaths. *amused*

*tries to breath but everything just rattles harder*
I would never do this to him. Never. I'd...hide him. Protect him. I think he thinks he's doing the same for me.

Re: *locked*
It's not just that.
If they continue...Ares might come back. He might decide to step in and take me away again.

I'm not blind - and I'm not powerless.
A chair rises, suspended in the air.

If you would have left it alone, we could have gone away and things would have been fine. But you gave them his name...my name.
They arrested me, Ford. They arrested me and threatened to take my babies.
*The air gets thicker with energy as more stuff start to rattle and rise*
Now Ares might come back, did you think about that?
no subject
They arrested you because you were helping a criminal.
Ares won't come back. He let you go. And you rushed into that psychotics arms - even after he attacked a policeman - and now another.
He can feel the air thicken - but he's ready.

Really, this would be for your own good, 'cuz she's pissed and not in control of her telekinesis.

I think perhaps you should tell us what's going ob, Jamie. We can't help you if we don't know.

I somehow gained the power of telekinesis.
Ford...he was a friend. He was the one to turn me and John over to the police after and that's when the trouble really started.

Side-steps a wandering road sign.
Ah, well...that'd certainly explain the sudden manifestation of it. Telekinesis is usually triggered by stress.
Just try not to set anything alight, would you? At least, not till we find an extinguisher.
Re: *locked*
We don't know where it's coming from but I need to learn to control it.
*laughs a little*
I'll try.
