*sighs* Just some people telling me I made a mistake by leaving the Air Force. None of them seem to want to understand why I did it.

*bites her lip, not liking to her guy upset, and reaches over to take his hands*

If you don't think it was a mistake, then that's all that matters. And Jo and I are so glad that you're here with us.

*gives her a smile and squeezes her hands*

I know it was the right decision. Being here with Jo and you is the best thing I've ever done. Even if our little girl is sometimes too smart for her own good. *laughs*

*grins broadly at him*

Being with you again...has been amazing. And yes, our little girl can be way to smart for her own good, but I wouldn't trade her for anything because she's ours.

*leans up and kisses John*

*grins and kisses her back. When they pull back, John looks at her for a moment*

You know I love you, right? I was thinking since we have this whole family thing going on that maybe we could get married someday.

*looks up at him*

I love you too, John. *feels her breathing stop as her heart starts thumping hard in her chest at his words* Yes. I'd like that. I'd like very much to marry you.

*picks her up and spins her around*

*looks down at before leaning in to kiss him deeply*

*returns her deep kiss before setting her on the ground*

I'm pretty lucky myself. *smiles up at him* I'm glad we found each other again, John.

*takes her hand*

How about we go see what our little girl is up to? She's been quiet for too long.

That sounds like a very good idea. No telling what she and Alex have gotten into.
