What are we talking about specifically?

People who are pretending not only to be human beings but Doctors! Frank Burns, for example.

That's the guy you mentioned that other time. But I still don't know much about him. So for your sake, I shall hate him too.

He's a buffoon and has more experience in malpractice than he does in actually practicing medicine on top of being a complete fink! Good! Hate him with all of your pretty little being.
