Pizza quesadillas: not a total disaster!

Typist: Omg, I've tried those. Poor person's calzone :D Delicious :|

Typist: I was making quesadillas one night and remembered that I had some pepperoni as well, so I tossed that on there. No sauce, just meat cheese and tortilla. But I liked it ^_^

Typist: Always good to use things up before they go bad. ... which always seems to happen with left over taco stuff. I made my own mexican pizza/loaded burrito/god only knows what when I had a lot of taco stuff about to go bad XD

Quesadilla with taco meat, refried beans, diced tomatoes, and cheese, with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream on top. Messy as all hell, but so tasty. I had to have a side of tortilla chips to intercept the excess tacostuffs.

Typist: I'm making myself hungry XD Okay, awesome. I know what I'm doing for dinner tonight :|

I think the best recipes come from looking in your fridge and saying "What can I do with this?"

What, or asking What Would Julia Childs Do?

Typist: Lean Cuisine for the win? Or Hot Pockets. Those things are a godsend XD

Typist: ... that does not sound too healthy XD But hey, at least the vitamins supplemented what the Ramen was lacking, right?

FYI, raw Ramen, crunched up, is really yummy in salad.

Typist: Ooh, that sounds delicious! I did something like that with regular elbow pasta, cooked hamburger, and ketchup. Sounds gross, I know, but sotasty XD Think the same basic plan would work with chicken or pork, etc? -- veggies with veggie Ramen would probably be really good, too.

Typist: ... I can safely say I have never had haggis. The concept just makes me feel ooky. That, and -- blood pudding, or steak and kidney pie. Even liver and onions. Things that were most definitely specifically some sort of body part and/or organ -- can't do it. I will stick with nice, safe, anonymous chunks of meat.
