Bored. It's not a good thing.

Should find a way to occupy yourself.

Generally, that's not a good idea.

I can't imagine it's worse than sitting idle.

I tend to get into ... trouble... of sorts, when bored.

And if you found a way to occupy yourself constructively, you wouldn't be bored and wouldn't get into trouble.

That depends on your definition of constructively.
