Somewhat, yes. I am pleased that he wishes to learn the language and know more about the culture, yes. There are just - some difficult subjects of discussion, and he asks so many things so bluntly.

So let on t'him there's some stuff you ain't comfy talkin' about. You cain't 'spect him to know some stuff's "difficult" if you don't say, now can you? He ain't a mind reader.

I suggest when he babbles you keep in mind that he's excited an' happy to be learnin' new stuff an' you allow him that little bit of joy over it. Let him wind himself down, then pick one question t'answer. Suggest he write down all he wants to ax so you can tackle 'em one at a time.
