*...* Did I say you did? Did I at all act as though I assume you did? Check your tone, young man. *crosses her arms, looking at him hard* Now, either tell me what happened, or don't, but this rage-fit isn't going to fly with me, kiddo.
*mirrors her stance because he isn't of Hyde blood for nothing, you know* He was annoying me. He wouldn't shut up so I hit him. He goes on and on and on about things that don't mean anything, or he just sits there staring, not saying a word. It makes me angry.
*both eyebrows raise... the look turns a touch toward the "cold" look, her irritation rising even with her beloved grandchild* So because he talks nonsense or DOESN'T talk and just stares... you hit him? So what is he meant to do? Not speak but not look either? Edward, honestly! *and isn't THAT a familiar thing to be saying?*
*lowers his eyes just slightly because he knows who's boss here but he doesn't want to give in completely, he's aware of what she can do, just as he's aware of what his grandfather can do but the irritation tonight...* It makes me ANGRY, grandma! There's just this, I don't KNOW, just this, this *closes his eyes and makes a frustrated sound, opening his arms wide and letting them drop* this thing.
You're going to have to explain further than that, Edward. WHY does it make you angry? Is he saying mean things or just talking? When he's staring, is it in a mean way or just LOOKING? *makes her own frustrated sound*
It's not just him... *bites his lip, his foot tapping irritatedly on the floor* He just happened to be there at the time. He was talking about things, he just talks and he has this annoying, high pitched nasally voice and *grits his teeth, remembering* he stares, and when I try to talk about something interesting he looks at me like I'm not talking English and I KNOW I am. *tightens his hand into a fist*
*his frustration is making hers grow by leaps and bounds* So, several of the children treat you like you're not normal? They find different things interesting than you do? And they have annoying voices? *looks at his hand* There are other ways to take your frustrations out and if you'd like me to point them out, simply tell me. You're about to throw my mood over into exceptionally irritable too.
It's not just them. It's everything. Just. Everything. *growls because he's trying to explain and he can't find the words, and he's never been able to find the words and he wants to shout and hit things but he knows that it's not going to make anything any easier and she'll just get angry at him too, she already is* Just angry Grandma and I can't... I can't stop it.
*smiles* If it's a very structured thing, he might not. We'll have to just see. If he goes to one class and hates it, you and I can keep going instead.

As for school, I am wondering what caused the fight, but I'm not really in the mood to shout, to be honest.
