"I was born in London. Of late, I live in Seacouver. Death is only a temporary state for my kind. We cannot die except..." He wasn't sure how much to tell Balthazar, but he seemed all right. "For the Game."
Morgan nodded in understanding. "No worries. I was just curious." He wouldn't push. He wouldn't have wanted Balthazar going about spouting his business to everyone either. He was obviously a good friend to whoever the other immortal was. It was nice though, not having to explain his situation. "So he's told you about the Game."
He smiles, relieved. "He's told me enough. I wouldn't say I know all the rules or the details, but enough to be glad my circumstances are different. I never was much of a swordsman."
Morgan smiled softly, "Understandably." There were only three rules to the Game, but outsiders didn't need to know them. "If you liked I could teach you how to handle a sword, but I'd prefer to play music with you."
He grins. "I'm better with a quarterstaff. I can use a sword if I have to, but I'm only mediocre, especially considering all the time I've had to practice."
"I think I'd prefer music, too, on the whole." He pats his pockets and fishes out a business card. It has the words 'Arcana Cabana: Balthazar Blake, Proprietor' across the top, with addresses and phone numbers below.
"Thank you," he said accepting the card. He pulled out one of his own cards and handed it over to Balthazar. His merely had his name Morgan Flint and a telephone number. "I'm living on my sailboat at the marina, so I don't actually have a fixed address. You have a magic shop?"
He trades cards cheerfully, tucking Morgan's into his own pocket. "I do. It's open by appointment only, but for musicians, it's always open. A lot of my stock is actually too volatile to be sold. But I have a few regular clients."
"I'm usually up and about by nine, except occasionally on Sundays. And if I go out, it's generally between noon and three." He reflects over what he's just said and looks mildly distressed. "When did I get boring?"

He nods in understanding at the mention of the Game. "I've heard...the basics. I don't envy your lot, I'm afraid. But mine isn't ideal, either."
