Yes, I've noticed that though I agree with you. There's little appeal in ruling the world for me. Too many problems and too many little people thinking their lives are important.

The troops and hostages in Mongolia were enough for me to manage. Although that was... rather rewarding. Tramping out into the snow to retrieve and execute a runaway, however, was not pleasant. Well, the retrieving wasn't. The execution... That's another matter entirely.

I am quite content to leave control in the hands of people I agree with.

That's one way to put, if you wish to be crude but you are correct. Power corrupts and it seems only the corrupt are attracted to power...some of them at least.
