I don't have my duties to attend to for a week.

Really? That's an interesting turn of events.

I made a small deal with someone who wanted me to experience life for a week. He is stopping death so that I don't have to worry.

..And I have the full range of emotions now, rather than the limited range I had.

Well -- and what exactly does he get out of this "deal"?

Well, first off, he apparently gets a date.

He said it was an experiment of his. Though I got his word that I get my position back at the end of the week.

An experiment. *chuckles* Well, I'd say you do whatever the hell you want. You are on vacation after all.

Well, first off, I feel like I owe you for this break. Second, I really do not have anything to do... And third, I want to enjoy myself since someone attempted to make me feel guilty about taking a week away from my duties.

She smiled faintly and extended her hand, placing it in his.

She tensed a bit but did allow herself to be moved closer. The... uneasiness at the idea of restriction still held on in her mind, but there were no arms around her, confining her. So she did not worry too much about the closeness.

She considered the question and offered a faint smile, one that seemed to come more from a sort of resignation and sadness than anything else.

If I could have anything? It would be for the Great War to have never happened. For Lucifer to have never rebelled. For this.. ongoing fighting to just stop.
